Lack of Safety Features and Water Leaks

Reported a lack of smoke detectors and fire extinguishers in laundry rooms for over four years, as well as multiple water leaks leading to mold growth in her unit. She stated that property management was slow to address these issues, and 311 reports were closed without resolution. She also experienced rodent infestation and retaliatory actions from management after reporting issues.
